All employers in the UK have a responsibility to prevent illegal working. RiskReduct verifies and conducts simple right to work checks for the organisation before they hire someone.

Our right to work checks validation service checks the status of immigration status of the candidate and validity of documents presented for employment, including globally-issued passports, ID cards, Biometric Residence Permits and Visas. 
To complete the Right to Work Check, we need the following information

  • Photographs and dates of birth which are consistent across documents supplied.
  • Expiry dates of work permit (including restrictions) for permission to be in the UK.
  • Genuine documents which have not been altered e.g. marriage or civil partnership certificate, divorce certificate, decree absolute, deed poll, adoption certificate or statutory declaration.
