We are RiskReduct Ltd (hereafter referred to as “we” or “RiskReduct” or "Risk Reduct"). Company House Registrations number 14201965. Our Email: info@riskreduct.com. We provide background check services that enables our customers to vet their candidates appropriately. We are are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, and strives to provide a safe user experience. This privacy statement describes how your personal information is collected, used, shared, and secured, as well as your choices regarding use, access, and correction of your personal information.
If you visit one of the following websites of RiskReduct: www.riskreduct.com, www.riskreduct.net, (together the “Websites”) we may process your personal data. This Privacy Statement explains what personal data we collect from our website visitors, how we use the personal data we collect and for which purposes we use the collected personal data.

If you are being vetted via our websites, RiskReduct may process your personal data, not for our own purposes, but as a data processor on behalf of that customer. The customer makes all decisions regarding their candidates’ data and is therefore the controller of that data. For information about how they process your personal data, please refer to the privacy statement of the company you applied with or contact them directly.
We may collect the following personal data:
Your email address, if you provide it. We use your email address to send you our newsletter if you subscribed to it. We process this data based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in every newsletter. Automatically generated information regarding your use of the Websites.
When you visit our websites, we may gather information to be able to understand and improve how visitors use and experience our websites, and in order to enable and track the success of our marketing efforts. We do this through Google’s analytics and marketing tools. We only process this kind of information with your consent, given through the modal popup. This data is always hashed out: the last part of the IP address is not processed as we do not want to identify individual users.

How long we keep your personal data
We will keep your personal data only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or processed, unless we have to keep it for legitimate business, tax or legal purposes. For newsletter subscribers, this means we store your email address until you unsubscribe, which can be done at any time. Our analytics data is retained for 12 months.
Sharing your personal data with third parties
We will not share your personal data with third parties unless it is needed in order to provide the requested service to you, or when we have a legal obligation to do so. RiskReduct does not and will not sell your data to any third party. We use third parties in order to provide our services, and those third parties may process your personal data as a result of that. We use internal mail sender to manage and send our email newsletters. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and AdWords are used to analyse the use of our websites and for online marketing. We use Microsoft Azure services for our web hosting, our product videos are displayed through YouTube and our cookie information and consent banner is provided by us.
We have made appropriate contractual arrangements with these third parties for the protection of personal data. Some of these third parties are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We will always comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) before we transfer any personal data outside the EEA.
